Carved platinum and trillion sapphire cocktail ring

A recent commission, this hand-carved platinum cocktail ring is set with a lovely cornflower-blue sapphire. The triangular shape of the trillion sapphire is echoed by the sculpted curves of the ring and its light blue colour really pops against the neutral tones of brushed platinum.

The ring is hand-carved from wax to create flowing, sculpted curves. Carving allows us to create substantial forms with balanced, elegant proportions. The latest in our series of carved 'Arris' rings, this unusual cocktail ring is one-of-a-kind. the Arris rings are individually carved by hand to accommodate a particular gemstone; each is a unique design and can never be repeated in exactly the same way.
