Covid 19 Update - Our shop has reopened.

We're delighted to announce that our London atelier has reopened. 

We'll initially be opening Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, as we find our feet in the new socially distanced world we now find ourselves in. 

Temporary Opening times as follows:

Monday: Closed
Tuesday: 10am - 6pm.
Wednesday: Closed
Thursday: 10am - 6pm.
Friday: 10am - 6pm.
Sat: 10am - 6pm.
Sunday: Closed.

We'll be taking all the necessary precautions to protect staff and customers while keeping the shopping experience as personable as possible. 

Please feel free to contact us if you have questions about your orders, or are interested in-stock items which are available for immediate shipping.

Some of the services we provide for customers overseas or for those who cannot drop into our store include; phone/email discussions, sending photos and videos of products, design sketches and photos/videos a selection gemstones to choose from.

We continue to offer free and secure delivery worldwide, although delivery times will be a little longer than usual.

Like all other independent businesses, we are adjusting to this new reality and making changes to our policies as advised.
